Mr. K.G Viswanath (KG), ex head of Commercial Strategy, MIS & Investor Relations at Jet Airways is now a Co founder & Partner of an aviation consulting firm from Singapore.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, KG has a unique quality to absorb numbers & see through the action plans to its final completion.
He had led several multi disciplinary teams on various projects relating to cost reduction and revenue enhancement at Jet.
He is our Chief Strategist assisting & supporting Prime Finvest & Leasing Ltd to enhance their potential in the various lines of business.

EXPERIENCE

With a rich experience of over 16 years in asset financing, management accounting, Project Management, Capital raising, M & A, he brings diversity to the Company’s Board.
Whilst at Jet, he has been involved in many strategic projects as part of the core team including Jet Etihad stake sale, Jet Privilege spin off, Air Sahara buyout, the Jet IPO, Aircraft financing projects with US EXIM Bank and European Export Credit Agencies (ECA).

Mr. G.Anantharanman, retired as GM (Recovery) of IDBI Bank Ltd.
He has a rich experience of more than 35 years in various departments and specialized in Recovery.
8 years in corporate Finance dept involved in assessment
of Term Loan ,Working Capital requirements of Large Corporates as well as MSME.
Two years in Debenture Trustee Cell providing trusteeship services to Large corporates.

EXPERIENCE

Ten years in Corporate Recovery dept of the bank (SASF) with sound knowledge of various laws relating to Recovery of dues from Corporate through enforcement of Security interest,
Liquidation and other legal remedies available to banks & FI’s.

Mr. A. S. Prasad is a Mumbai University Commerce graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDMS).
A very strong and deep rooted relationship building and solution oriented approach with clients has enabled Prasad to be a single point of contact in most of his well nurtured client relationships.
Coupled with the above is his five years exposure in leadership roles with Corporate Business Houses such as India Head in Financial Services Group, Bunge Incorporation and Group Head – Treasury & Risk Management in Carnival Group.
His core traits are money market treasury management, structured debt and trade structure finance.
